How does 120 acres of dense forest with a trail network dedicated to providing a quality mountain biking experience for everyone from newbies to insane freeride huckers sound to you? If that has your interest then the incredible Duthie Hill Mountain Bike Park located in Issaquah is a place you should go check out. This place is another testimate to how a group of dedicated advocates paired with a reasonable and willing city goverment can make great things happen for the recreational community. There has been lots written about this place so I won't belabor. Checkout the Evergeen Alliance Website for maps, GPS files, trailhead directions as well as the most current information on this incredible park. Another good resource is the website dedicated to just this place. DuthieMTB.com |

Do a search online and you will find hours and hours of videos on Duthie Hill. Here are a couple that I found quite interesting and engaging. This video does a good job of showing a wide sampling of the trails at Duthie Duthie Hill from Walter Yi. This video shows a little more of the more freeride oriented trails HLC lines at Duthie Hill MTB Skills Park Seattle from Kevin Philbin. A really well done video Duthie Hill from Walter Yi on Vimeo. |
